load compact

I believe that 'load comapct -' is going to set the ODS to the current server ODS, and again as I recall, 8.5 server will set ODS to 43 unless 'CREATE_R85_DATABASES=1' is set.

So, try creating the database on a client at ODS51 and then copy it to the server (operating system copy).
